ATTENTION TBB PARENTS:

How would you like to have the best seat in the park at all of the Timberwolves Baseball games?   We currently need to cover the scoreboard and announcer duties for this fall season AND, although it seems early to be thinking about spring baseball, we would like to start recruiting a group of parents that would be willing to work the press-box for the games next year.

The reason for recruiting a “core-group” of volunteers for this job now is to get everybody trained on the operation of the scoreboard and the PA equipment.  We will likely need additional press box volunteers at times during the season, but with this core group, we will always have someone that could assist in turning on the equipment and trouble-shooting when there is trouble---You know, like when you’ve added 10 runs to the wrong team in the wrong half of the inning and can’t figure how to erase them without starting a whole new game.  If you have ever run the scoreboard, you’ve probably been there!
